MAINE CHERRY BLOSSOM DELEGATE - 2024

ARIEL HALl

My name is Ariel Hall and I am from Litchfield, Maine. I have lived in Wiscasset and Augusta. I attended the Maine Arts Academy for high school until my sophomore year, then I became homeschooled and met the amazing homeschooled community of Maine. I am currently finishing my degree in photography at Southern New Hampshire University online. I became a dance teacher for the homeschooled kids of Maine, and it is certainly my passion. I love art and I do many activities that involve art such as dance, photography, and painting. I now work as a dance instructor at Studio 48 Performing Arts Center. There are always volunteer opportunities and I have packed food for the homeless, served meals for Vietnam Vets, created a dance performance for law enforcement among other things. My future goals are to receive a doctorate in Holistic Health and Integrative Medicine as well as becoming a mom as I have always wanted a large family. Both of my parents are military veterans who have served in Iraq and Afghanistan. I have been able to travel to almost all 50 states but Maine is and will always be my favorite place. Therapeutic movement such as yoga and dance are big parts of my life as they help me express myself and relieve my stress. Maybe we should all try it!
